B. As the development of combustion engines getting better in the twenties century. People started to accept them better.
C. As environment issues floats to the surface, electric vehicles are again catching people’s attention.

B. Fuel cell car is a choice that consumes only hydrogen.

3. Energy and environment concern: Compare of possible pollutant and the social cost from each selection.

A. Technological breakthrough: High storage battery and high efficient energy managing system makes EV a better product.
B. Political support: Germany and Japan are setting up strategies to support alternative energy vehicles.
